Bowen White and I do presentations together occasionally, and Bowen had this idea to illustrate the difference between Type-A and Type-B personalities.
It's a test of your listening skills, because if you're not listening closely you could think we're singing something inappropriate. :)

Lyrics

TYPE A-NESS
(Greg Tamblyn, Bowen White)

Who's that crazy maniac driving in his car
Like he's a more important human being than you are
If somebody cuts him off, man he wants to kill 'em
It's easy to decide he must be some kind of villain
But here's the thing, deep inside, he's really not so heinous
He's just got a real bad case of Type-A-ness

Type A-ness, it's never easy, never painless
They’re always on the run, even when they're having fun
Type A-ness, Type A-ness

What's your boss lady doing? She's trying to ruin your day
She wants a project from you, she wants it yesterday
She stands behind your shoulder while you try to do the work
You better do it perfect, or she may go berserk
It may seem to you that she's completely brainless
But she's just got an advanced case of Type A-ness

Type A-ness, it's never easy, never painless
They’re always in a race, they’re always in your face
Type A-ness, TypeΩ A-ness

You go to see your doctor, he has little time for you
You should realize he's got important things to do
You ask too many questions, he'll start moving toward the door
Like any good proctologist he's slippery, and what's more
He'll treat you like some alien, from Saturn or Uranus
But he's just been infected with some bad Type A-ness

Type A-ness, it's never easy, never painless
Always on the run, even when they're having fun
Type A-ness, Type A-ness

Now the next time that you meet one, here's something you could do
Turn around a second, make sure they're watching you
Bend into position with your head between your knees
Point your butt in their direction and ask them what they see
And if they still don't get it, then speak up loud and shameless
You silly butt, you've got some bad Type A-ness

Type A-ness, it's never easy, never painless
Always in a race, always in your face
Type A-ness, Type A-ness
